Who

Dream Makers (“we”) processes the data you submit. Full legal-entity details will be published when available.

What

• Email you provide
• Check data we store: brand, URL/site, industry, location, competitors, and result
• Check result and status (including waitlist, if applicable)
• Minimal technical data: timestamp, cookie footprint, and an IP hash (we do not store raw IP)
• If Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled: verification token/result and technical data under Cloudflare’s policy

We do not ask for sensitive personal data or ID documents for this lead magnet.

Why

• Run the check and show or email you the result (and magic link, if any)
• Contact you about that result and, where relevant, about the AI Visibility Sprint or related Dream Makers offers
• Prevent abuse (rate limits, Turnstile) and operate Signal as a lab
• Meet applicable legal duties

AI

In live mode, analysis may use OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google (Gemini) APIs. Additional AI providers may be enabled later; we will update this notice if so.

Those models receive only industry, location, and analysis language. Brand, site URL, and competitors are processed in our systems to score mentions and are not sent in the model prompt. We do not send your email to AI models.

We use the APIs for inference; we do not control each provider’s API retention or training practices — their policies apply.

Retention

We keep email and check history in our database for 12 months from the last interaction, then delete or anonymize, unless law requires longer. Redis rate-limit counters are short-lived operational data.

Processors / infrastructure

Current providers / infrastructure:

• Cloudflare (Turnstile / anti-abuse)
• Resend (transactional email for the check)
• Coolify and GHCR (hosting and deploy)
• Postgres and Redis on our Coolify infrastructure
• OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google (live check analysis)

We share only what they need. We do not sell your email or check data.

Signal does not currently use third-party marketing analytics (e.g. Google Analytics).

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or opt out of marketing at signal@dreammakers.tech. You may also unsubscribe by replying to the result email or by stopping engagement (12-month retention still applies).
