By using Signal (signal.dreammakers.tech), including /check, you agree to these terms.
1. What Signal is
Signal is a Dream Makers lead magnet / lab. The check is a free informational tool. It is not a contracted SaaS product and not a closed professional engagement merely by using it.
2. Results
Results are directional and may rely on AI models. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, rankings, “visibility,” leads, or any business outcome. They are not legal, financial, or marketing advice.
3. Email / access
A valid email may be required. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access for abuse, unauthorized automation, or use that degrades the service.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Signal for spam, fraud, bulk scraping, attacking third-party systems, or uploading illegal content or content you have no right to use.
5. IP
Signal, its design, copy, marks, and reusable components are Dream Makers’. You may use the result we provide for internal purposes; we do not assign ownership of our tools or know-how.
6. AI & vendors
Live checks may use AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and others we enable). Data handling is described in the Privacy notice.
7. No SLA
No uptime, response-time, or penalty commitments. We may change or discontinue Signal without long notice.
8. Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dream Makers is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss from free use of Signal.
9. Commercial offers
Any AI Visibility Sprint or other paid service is governed by its own proposal or contract. Using Signal does not create that contract.
